Data stored on your device

Your language, currency, onboarding status, favourites, itinerary, offline saved content, reviews you write and your booking requests are stored locally on your device.

You can erase all of it at any time by clearing the application data, or by uninstalling the app.

Data you send to us

When you send a booking or concierge request, the name, contact details, dates, number of travellers and message you type are transmitted to VOKYBE, and to the hotel, restaurant, guide or transport provider concerned, for the sole purpose of handling your request.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Partner businesses

Businesses listed in the application are either published from the official Anôsy destination catalogue or submitted by their owners through a paid listing. Partner contact details are business data, not personal data of travellers.

Location

The map can use your device location to show your position and nearby places. Location is used on the device only and is never stored on our servers. You can refuse or revoke this permission in your device settings.

Children

The application is not directed at children under 13.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data you have sent us by writing to tours@vokybe.com. We answer within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page and in the application.
